The original, in the largest size you have, as a JPEG, PNG, TIFF or WebP of up to 250 MB. We print exactly the file you send, so its sharpness on your wall is up to the file: a bigger original holds up better on a bigger wall.
Yes. Send the original file, not a copy from WhatsApp or social media, which are made smaller on the way. iPhone photos in HEIC format need exporting as JPEG first.
Our studio downloads files sent as links after you order. If a link can’t be opened, we email you. Reply with a working link or the file itself, and nothing prints until we have it.
Because it’s printed just for you, it can’t be returned for a change of mind. Misprints and damage in transit are always put right: we’ll reprint it or refund you.
No. It costs the same as our catalog designs of the same size and material.
