By using our website or placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

02

Information we collect

We only collect information that helps us deliver our products, run our store, and improve your experience. This falls into three groups.

Information you give us directly

  • Identity and contact details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses.
  • Order information: the products you buy, customization or sizing details, order history and preferences.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store full card or banking details on our own systems.
  • Account information: login credentials and saved preferences, if you create an account.
  • Communications: messages, enquiries, support requests, reviews, and survey or feedback responses you choose to share.

Information we collect automatically

  • Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system and language settings.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, items browsed, time on site, referring links and general interaction patterns.

Information from cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookies section below.

03

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process, fulfil and deliver your orders, including manufacturing, shipping and returns.
  • Take payment and protect against fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
  • Manage your account and remember your preferences.
  • Send service messages such as order confirmations, dispatch updates and important notices.
  • Send marketing or design inspiration where you have chosen to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
  • Understand how our site is used so we can improve our products, content and overall experience.
  • Meet our legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

04

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information except as disclosed in the “Your U.S. privacy rights” section below. We share it only where it is necessary to run our business, and only with parties bound to protect it. The providers who process personal information on our behalf are:

  • Razorpay: payment processing.
  • Stripe: payment processing, and sales tax calculation for orders delivered to the United States and Canada.
  • Our print and delivery partners: the workshops that print your order and the couriers that deliver it, which receive your name, phone number, delivery address and order details.
  • Amazon Web Services: hosting for our website and databases, and transactional and marketing email (Amazon SES).
  • Clerk: account authentication and sign-in.
  • Cloudflare: security, content delivery, bot protection, and storage of images and files, including any you upload.
  • Google: website analytics through Google Tag Manager (Google Analytics, which sets cookies only with your consent to visitor statistics), and Google Sheets, through which we pass your order to our print partners.
  • PostHog: website analytics, on servers in the European Union. Without your consent to visitor statistics it stores nothing on your device; with it, it also recognizes your device on later visits and records how you use our pages (heatmaps and session recordings).

We may also disclose personal information to:

  • Professional advisers: auditors, accountants and legal advisers, where reasonably required.
  • Legal and regulatory bodies: where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, customers or operations.
  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or restructuring, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
  • Advertising platforms (Google Ads and Meta): if you allow marketing cookies, their tags record which of our ads brought you to our site and whether you went on to buy. For a purchase this can include your email address, phone number, name and address, which are hashed before they reach the platform (on the way to Meta they pass through a server-side tagging service hosted by Stape). The platforms use this to measure and improve our advertising, under their own privacy policies.
  • Google Customer Reviews: if you allow marketing cookies, our pages show a Google badge with our store rating, and when you place an order we give Google your order number, email address, delivery country and expected delivery date so that it can offer you a survey about your purchase. If you accept, Google emails you the survey and handles your answers under its own privacy policy.

Service providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us, and not for their own purposes.

05

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how it is used. These generally fall into:

  • Essential cookies: required for core functions such as your cart and secure checkout. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand site performance and improve it.
  • Marketing cookies: used, with your consent, to show relevant content and measure campaigns.

You can review the specific cookies we use, and manage or refuse non-essential cookies, in our Cookie Policy and through the cookie controls we provide. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

06

How long we keep your information

We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy, or for as long as required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

07

How we protect your information

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to safeguard your data and to keep our practices under review.

08

International data transfers

Fiorawall is based in the United States and serves customers in more than one country, so personal information you give us is transferred to, and processed in, the United States. Some of our service providers may also process information in other locations. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take steps intended to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate level of protection in line with applicable law.

09

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access: see the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, where applicable.
  • Restriction and objection: limit or object to certain processing of your information.
  • Data portability: receive your information in a portable format.
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Marketing opt-out: stop marketing communications at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@fiorawall.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.

Your California privacy rights.

California residents may, once a year, request information about the categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83). To make such a request, email us at admin@fiorawall.com.

11

Children’s privacy

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; where we learn that we have, we delete it in line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without affirmative opt-in consent, from the consumer for those aged 13–15, or from a parent or guardian for those under 13.

13

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required.
