Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled by Fiorawall. It should be read alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy, and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Standard-size products
You can cancel an order for standard-size products (wallpaper rolls, posters and canvas prints) at any time before it is dispatched. After delivery, you can return them under our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you are in the UK, the EU or the EEA, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
Made-to-measure orders
Made-to-measure products, including wall murals, wallpaper sized to your wall, photo wallpaper and your own designs, are printed specifically for you.
Until production starts, we will change or cancel a made-to-measure order free of charge, with a full refund. Production usually starts within one or two working days. Once it has started, the order cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded, unless it is damaged, faulty or not as ordered.
Please confirm all details carefully before ordering, and contact us as soon as possible if something needs to change.
How to request a cancellation
Email admin@fiorawall.com as soon as possible with your order number and a clear request to cancel. We will confirm by email whether the cancellation could be actioned in time. A cancellation is only effective once we have confirmed it.
Cancellations by Fiorawall
We may need to cancel an order, in whole or in part, in situations including:
- The item is unavailable or cannot be produced;
- There has been a pricing or product description error;
- Payment is declined, incomplete or could not be verified;
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the affected items.
Refunds on cancelled orders
Where an order is validly cancelled before dispatch, or before production has started for made-to-measure items, the amount paid for the cancelled items will be refunded to your original payment method, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Orders already dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched by the time you contact us, it can no longer be cancelled. Standard-size items can instead be returned under our Returns & Refunds Policy once they have been delivered.
