Stolen Spark borrows its mood from the oldest cautionary tale about creation pushed too far: a giant assembled from borrowed parts, bound in iron at the very moment life returns. He is not snarling or lunging; he gazes upward, almost resigned, which makes the scene haunting rather than shocking. Rough stone arches frame him like a proscenium, and heavy chains sweep out to rings bolted into the floor. The whole image feels like a frame lifted from a gothic stage production, all gravity and stillness. Give it a wall where one image is allowed to hold the spotlight.
