Marshmallow Moon, oranje

The composition is a loose, airy scatter built around a few anchors: the large pumpkins and moons set the pace, while ghosts drifting at diagonal angles and slender berry branches lead the eye between them. From a distance it reads as a cheerful field of rounded pumpkins and glowing moons; closer up the small pleasures appear, from four-point sparkles and tiny crescents to dotted seed heads and the ghosts' contented faces. The flat, matte illustration has no glare or heavy shading, so it looks even and calm in bright daylight and cosy rather than gloomy in the evening. Mid-sized shapes with plenty of breathing room keep a compact room feeling open, while the soft curves make a large wall feel snug and welcoming. Natural oak, woven baskets, linen bedding, knitted throws and handmade stoneware suit its homely, autumnal mood. Give it a single wall behind a cot or reading nook, or wrap a breakfast corner so the kitchen becomes the season's favourite spot. Each mural is printed to the exact width and height of your wall, so it goes up without awkward gaps or trimming guesswork.
